Reingis Hauck heads the Research and Innovation Services of Leibniz University Hannover (LUH). She is the initiator of the German "Open Science Festival" and represents Leibniz University Hannover in the National Chapter of the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment. Additionally, she is involved in the "Research Evaluation Group" of the International Network of Research Management Societies.

Johannes Wespel is head of the grant application advisory section within the national research funding team at LUH. He provides advice on applications for DFG collaborative projects. He is also a member of the research information system team. He conducts workshops on the use of bibliometric tools at Leibniz University Hannover.

Felix Kampel has been coordinating the interdisciplinary profile areas of RWTH Aachen since 2020. Since 2022, he has also been a member of a task force set up by the Vice Rector for Transfer, which aims to demonstrate the university's various added values for society through the use of, among other things, blibliometric analyses.
Lena Nietzschmann has been involved in data-based research evaluation since 2021 and is a member of the bibliometrics team at the RWTH University Library. She focuses on the responsible use of bibliometrics, scientometrics, and AI-supported scientific communication and shares her experience in customised workshops.
